Because of the nature of the product, we have an All Sales Final policy.
We know that you will appreciate the fact you will be receiving a brand new never been soiled, product and not someone's exchange or return.
Items that are damaged/defective upon arrival:
If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect merchandise (style or color), you must contact customer service within 30 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect and/or incorrect product.
We DO NOT replace with a different print than what was originally ordered.
Products that will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
Any product not purchased from Clayton's Crib
Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail bag, and all other items originally included with the product
Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging
Any product that exhibits physical damage
Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate
Any product that was not approved to be "defective" and/or "incorrect merchandise" by customer service
